Built on instinct, timing, and trust
Blueprint Assist started the way most things do when they’re meant to last – with friendship, a clear problem to solve, and a shared passion for doing things better.
It started with a gap
Alvise Magaton had spent years managing large-scale real estate, retail, and hospitality projects across Europe and North America. He had the systems, the technical precision, and a deep respect for process. But what stayed with him was how often great creative work got lost in translation. Designers had vision. Builders had deadlines. And somewhere in between, the original intent faded.
He began imagining something different, a company that could carry creative ideas from concept to reality without compromise. Not just a production team, but a true partner that could bridge the gap and protect the idea.
Then came alignment
While working on a project in New York, Alvise met Giorgio Benazzo. Giorgio had worked across nine countries and industries, from fashion to tech to hospitality. He brought a global perspective, a sharp eye for timing and growth, and strong instincts for people and process. He immediately saw clarity in Alvise’s approach, and the potential to build something lasting. But they both knew one voice was still missing.
The final piece
Giorgio introduced Alessio Scalabrini, a longtime friend from Rome and now a Paris-based design director with two decades of global experience. Alessio had led brand experiences for BMW, Pepsi, and Tommy Hilfiger. He brought a strong creative instinct, but also understood how fragile an idea becomes once it moves into production. He knew how to protect it.
Built through trust, not theory
All three were living in New York. One introduction led to one project, then another. Blueprint Assist wasn’t born from a business plan. It took shape through connection, repetition, and a shared belief that execution could be just as intentional as design.
What we share
Between us, we speak seven languages and have lived and worked in seven countries. Our standard is shaped by Italian roots and decades of global experience – rooted in precision, craftsmanship, and respect for creative work.
That foundation carries with it a cultural instinct for quality, detail, and design—one that’s deeply embedded in how we think, how we build, and how we show up for every project.
